15. Helium stick
This is a very apt game to trigger the frustration and see how the team works through it but in a fun method. This is mainly a participant holding the stick on his index finger and has to lift it up without the stick falling down.
An apparently simple exercise becomes a difficult challenge when the stick rises almost rapidly due to the slight upward pressure given by participants’ fingers in order to maintain touch with the stick. This causes a combination of emotions such as perplexity, laughing, and frustration until the group learns to focus and work together to lower the stick.
16. Scramble puzzle
This activity resembles a jigsaw puzzle only that, the puzzle pieces from their jigsaw will be with the other team. The team has to negotiate and barter to get their own puzzle pieces and finish the puzzle. This boosts up the decision-making and consensus-building within the group.
17. Memory wall
Nothing strengthens a team more than positive experiences and memories formed over the course of a project. Set up a whiteboard and hand out post-it notes to the participants of the group.

18. 4 – Way Tug of war

19. Let us guess
This game evolved from the old game of charades and is definitely one of the best team activities. Each team is given a random object and asked to wait away from the group so that the person or object cannot be seen by the team. When it is their turn, they must go up to the front and demonstrate how to use the object without speaking.
The remainder of the team must debate and guess the object’s name. Each team is given three guesses, with the maximum points awarded for the first correct guess and lower scores awarded for the second and third correct choices. The object picked must be complex and bizarre in order for the teams to guess it is a fun and challenging way.
20. What’s in the room?
This gaming activity requires teams to select any random object in the room and devise a marketing strategy to sell it. To make their product a hit with the masses, they must create a brand name, logo, slogan, and detailed strategy.
All of this must be completed within a certain amount of time. When the timer goes off, ask the group to present their object creatively and try to sell it to the other teams at a profit. The team with the most tempting marketing plan that can sell the goods at the biggest profit is proclaimed the winner. Discuss with the entire group the reasons for the winning team’s successful selling spree and what other teams could have done better.
This allows the group to see the same things from a different perspective and come up with last-minute ideas and problem-solving solutions.
